With the rise of the construction market in Mongolia, the total volume of imported building materials has increased rapidly, covering almost all types of construction materials. Chinese-produced building materials, known for their low prices and wide variety, are highly favored by Mongolian consumers. In Ulaanbaatar, there is a street bustling with building material shops, primarily dealing in products made in China. In this favorable market environment, our company has had the privilege of participating in a project, providing formwork systems and scaffolding.

Total Formwork area: over 6000 sqm with arount 200 t scaffolding
Our clients used these three systems respectively to construct walls, floors, and supports. Generally, TECON Base 20 Wall Formwork is used for traditional vertical structure, but instead, we have designed the templates in cylindrical and arc shapes based on the client’s drawing and the specific requirements of the project. Meanwhile, Both wooden beams and plywood are relatively easy to cut, allowing for timely adjustments to be made on-site as needed. And they used our Ringlock Scaffolding instead of the standard steel props.
In this collaboration, the client expressed their concerns about load-bearing capacity at the beginning of the meeting. Our technical lead immediately presented a series of specific calculation results, including concrete pressure, coefficients, and other key parameters. Through precise data and thorough analysis, we demonstrated the reliability and safety of our solution to the client. Through this meeting, we not only gained the client’s trust but also laid a solid foundation for further cooperation. The client expressed great appreciation for our technical capabilities and decided to proceed with the next steps of the project.
This project commenced in October of last year and is now about to begin the construction of the main structure. Our technical engineers will also be on-site to provide after-sales service and guidance. We eagerly look forward to the completion of this project.
