Our Plastic formwork TP60 was the participant in many large and small projects. The project in Cebu, Philippines is one of them. It is a row house project. The row house is popular in the Philippines because it is quick, easy, and affordable to build. As the year goes by, the demand for row houses keeps increasing. Even though plastic formwork has a simple assembly sequence, difficulties are sometimes inevitable. While workers were on the construction site, they met two main challenges. TECON provided solutions according to their problems.
1) The damage to the erection handle
During the field operation, the worker misused the erection handle. It caused them to have difficulties connecting panels. It could also affect the progress of the project. Once our sales knew about this situation, they arranged alternative erection handles and shipped them to the Philippines.
2) Unaware of how to assemble the door and window
TECON would provide a user manual to our client. However, words or pictures sometimes might have comprehension deviation. There might also have language barriers among building workers. To solve this challenge, our technical team members went to the construction site to tutor all the workers.
