In May 2024, TECON re-engaged with a European formwork client, following an initial connection in 2022. The client’s visit included a cross-province tour of our Anhui and Jiangyin factories, spanning a total of eight hours of travel. The client expressed great interest in our steel formwork and new product offerings, praising our seamless service. Key factors in this success included meticulous planning, cross-departmental collaboration, and clear communication, which led to swift technical support and error-free sample production. Moving forward, TECON plans to standardize reception processes and optimize product sample production.


 


Building Trust through Communication

TECON’s professional approach led to a million-dollar order from INFO in late 2022, after four months of detailed engagement. By understanding client pain points and demonstrating our expertise through live casting experiments, we built a strong relationship. Despite changes in plans, our technical team maintained professionalism and offered solutions, including air-shipping replacements for missing parts. The continued relationship resulted in a new customer referral and another million-dollar deal.


 

 

Gaining Trust through Certifications

In a competitive bid for a Latin American metro project, TECON’s focus on quality and service overcame the challenge of a competitor holding an SGS certificate. By showcasing our design capabilities, after-sales support, and international experience, TECON earned the client’s trust. Our team’s collaboration led to the successful acquisition of an SGS certification, securing a small container order.


 

 

Professionalism that Secures Big Orders

In the Mongolia Refinery Project, TECON secured a $500,000 order by impressing an Indian contractor with our technical expertise and prompt responses to queries. Despite initial hesitations, our dedicated service, including free after-sales guidance, ensured a successful deal closure in January 2024.
