Ⅰ. Hollow plastic formwork is used in the construction industry

In addition to wood and aluminum formwork, the original construction unit also used PVC formwork. However, there are deficiencies in the use of PVC templates:

1. The toughness of the PVC template is not good. The sheet is easy to be brittle, the impact strength is poor, and it is easy to warp after use, which will bring a lot of inconvenience to the construction.

2. The density of PVC plastic template is higher than that of hollow plastic formwork. In the case of the same volume of the two, the production of PVC templates requires more raw materials, and the weight will exceed the hollow plastic formwork. In terms of apportioning price, the apportioning price of PVC formwork is greater than that of hollow plastic construction formwork.

Therefore, the hollow plastic template is advantageous in terms of use cost. Compared with the wooden template, aluminum template, and PVC plastic template on the market, the performance of the hollow plastic template is superior, and the material is more environmentally friendly.

Ⅱ. Hollow plastic formworks are used in the home furnishing industry and decoration industry

The hollow plastic formwork has many advantages, such as low density, high impact resistance, waterproof, abrasion resistance, etc., which can "make a big show" in the home furnishing and decoration industries.

The processed hollow plastic formwork can be applied to furniture, cabinets, bathroom cabinets, suspended ceilings, wall panels, floors, bookshelves, building exterior wall panels, interior decoration panels, partition panels, various high-end furniture panels, etc.

In terms of material, the hollow plastic formwork uses polypropylene (PP), while the PVC plastic sheet uses PVC. The scientific name is polyvinyl chloride. Polypropylene (PP) is superior to polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in many aspects. In the production process of PP material, no wastewater or waste gas is produced. During use, there is zero VOC. That is, no volatile organic compounds are produced. After recovery, there was no dioxin when burned.

As for PVC materials, urea-formaldehyde and formaldehyde are among them. In the case of processing and manufacturing PVC plastics, if their reaction is not complete, a large amount of free formaldehyde will remain in the PVC plastic, which is harmful to people's health. When recycling PVC, toxic substances, namely dioxins, are produced after burning. In addition, PVC has poor light and thermal stability. At higher temperatures, it will release toxic gases, such as hydrogen chloride gas, harmful to the human body.

In addition, the hollow plastic formwork can be used in the advertising industry. After processing, it can be manufactured into billboards, display boards, and signs. It can also be used for craft display racks, desks, and flower garden fences. It is an ideal material.
