As the crown jewel of the South Bank development, Arc Sky Villas in the Turks and Caicos Islands redefines coastal luxury through its pioneering vertical villa concept. Designed by the internationally renowned Italian AD100 firm Lissoni & Partners, the project features 17 elevated residences that seamlessly blend minimalist architecture with indoor-outdoor living—offering uninterrupted 360-degree views of the ocean, lagoon, and wetlands.
Given the project's unique coastal setting and complex structural demands, selecting a construction solution that combined efficiency, precision, and resilience was essential. TECON provided a tailored formwork package including HETO Frame Wall Formwork, Flex 20 Slab Formwork, and steel formwork for round columns—each engineered to meet the high standards of premium villa construction.

Built with galvanized or powder-coated steel frames, the systems are designed for long-term reuse and durability. Notably, the Flex 20 Slab Formwork incorporates aluminum beams instead of traditional timber, extending the system’s service life and reducing ongoing maintenance costs.
