In the construction of high-speed railways and high-speed trains, even the slightest deviation can lead to the failure of the entire project. Steel formworks are an important component, and their accurate positioning during construction plays a crucial role in ensuring construction quality.
In the construction industry, even the slightest deviation can lead to the failure of the entire project. Steel formworks are an important component, and their use in construction plays a crucial role in ensuring construction quality.
Construction of steel formworks must ensure correct positioning, shape and size in accordance with design requirements. In addition, steel formworks must have sufficient load-bearing capacity and stability to withstand various loads that may occur during construction. Their simple structure makes them easy to install and dismantle, as well as flexible in use. They can meet the requirements of binding reinforcing steel and are suitable for centralized manufacturing, which saves materials and increases work efficiency and speed. They can also meet the requirements of subsequent processes.
Steel formworks, including frame formwork, are temporary support structures critical to ensuring concrete engineering quality, construction safety, speeding up construction progress and reducing construction costs. They must withstand horizontal and vertical loads during concrete structure construction, guaranteeing concrete molding in accordance with design requirements.
The process of electrophoretic coating for steel formworks includes: degreasing and rust removal, rinsing with water, drying, electrophoretic coating, rinsing with water, drying, spray painting of logos, packaging, and shipment. Below is a detailed explanation of the process.
Degreasing and rust removal
A two-in-one method is used to remove oil and rust in one step, with a solution provided by the manufacturer.
Rinsing with water
The purpose is to remove acid and alkali residues on the surface of the formwork. A long flow of running water is used for rinsing.
Electrophoretic coating
This is the goal and core of the process. Key factors in the success of the electrophoretic coating include the electric current, voltage, solid content, pH value, electrocoating temperature and speed in the electrocoating tank, as well as the correct use of additional equipment in the electrocoating tank.
Drying
After electrophoretic coating, the steel formwork must be dried. The working temperature of the dryer is set at 160-180°C, with a drying time of 30 minutes.
Main equipment required for electrophoretic coating
It includes various water tanks, electrocoating tanks, through-type drying ovens, mechanical drive systems, electrical control systems, and equipment for paint and film, such as conductivity meters, adhesion testers, etc.
